My short answer is yes if you comply with copy right law. It Depends on when the artwork is created because there is a period that artwork is protected and not allowed to be copied. It's the artist's lifetime and 70 years after the artist's dealth. After that period, the artwork goes on the public domain which means it's legal to reproduce the painting or sell art reproductions.
