In 1998 Marble graduated from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle Washington , where she studied painting and printmaking, focusing on watercolor and the traditional Japanese technique of wood block printing, hanga. After graduation she continued her exploration of hanga and watercolor painting in a studio in the Pioneer Square art district and intaglio printing at the +=studio blue=+ nearby. In the fall of 2002 she moved with her husband Eric to Kansas City and quickly set up a studio in the Hobbs Building in the West Bottoms district of the city. The change of scenery has proven very inspiring and the resulting work has led to exhibition opportunities in the Midwest region and in Seattle . Marble's work is included in the Mary Alice Cooley Print Art Collection of Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle , Washington and the collection of The Stowers Institute for Medical Research in Kansas City, Missouri.
